Kempston Rural Primary School

Kempston Rural Primary School (KRPS) has twinned with Bethel Caring Academy. The children support the project by bringing 50p every two weeks to buy themselves refreshments knowing that their 50p will help Bethel Caring Academy to educate local children who would otherwise be on the streets. The two schools regularly link together by video. KRPS make a real difference. The children are very happy to make new friends and learn about each other’s lives and cultures. They sing songs and dance for each other and the smiles on their faces show what a wonderful experience it is for them all. The pupils at KLPS have learnt some Swahili whilst the children in Kenya sing songs in English.
